if you are able to programe it.
There are 1+ examples of how to write such editor extensions.
Out of the box, unity uses shaderlab code to create shaders, so without the work of your development team to create a nice visual end, this is not possible, no.
Something like AngryAnt’s Behave perhaps?
If you’re looking to do AI decision logic, you should check out Behave and the videos on behaviour trees linked from the site if you’re unfamiliar with them.
If you’re looking for flow control / drag-drop scripting, there’s nothing that quite fits yet. Although I’ve been toying with the idea of starting a new project on it. I’ve been working with a similar system in another engine which I found very useful for creating level-specific flows, allowing level designers more control over this and getting programmers off the hook on it.
