Can I modify asset script in Unity Personal?

Asset: Jewel Match Framework $60 or $100 version?

Also, Is there a reference or dictionary/manual book for Unity?

First, yes you can modify scripts in the personal edition of Unity. It is required that you have access to the code and the code is not only provided as dll.

Regarding the Jewel Match Framework, both versions are from the same publisher. You might just get in touch with the directly. Like that you know for sure what you are going to get.
It looks like both come with the actual source code, however there is certainly a difference regarding the features.
