Hi All, I have an app all set to test on the oculus go but I have no idea to get it on there! Is it even possible at this point?

As far as Oculus has said, Oculus Go is 100% compatible with Oculus Gear. Do you have access to that to test? I would presume performance is on par with something like a Samsung s8/9. Otherwise put your app into an alpha or beta channel on the Oculus store and perhaps post on Reddit for Oculus Go beta testers.
If you connect the oculus go to your computer you can find the build packages under “Android → data”
However I have no idea how to build these packages.
