I was wondering if i can use this song in one of my games. It was impossible for me to track who made it so i don’t know where to ask for permission. It is used in a crack but i doubt that the hackers were also musicians

If you don’t have permission, you can’t use it - unless there’s a license file somewhere that says otherwise. You might get away with it, but I wouldn’t risk it.
But let’s say if i use it and some one get’s mad. Do they go for sue or try first to contact me and try to remove the song from the game?
It could go either way. I can’t tell you how someone that I don’t know will react to something like this, and I guess no one else can.
But whether or not they sue, I think it’s wrong to take someone’s work and use it in a commercial product.
I know but since that person didn’t cared much about his work and didn’t left a note or anything. It’s like making a picture but you don’t sign it or leave a little clue about its provenience. Any way i think i will try to find chiptunes with living authors
If you found it through a crack by some hackers, there is the strong possibility that they removed any clues to the source. It may originally have been signed.
Finding a song with an open license was one of the harder parts of making Cubenaut. I searched for weeks, found stuff I liked but then found out I couldnt use, and I just had to keep searching.
My advice is don’t get hung up on the song. It takes patience, but you’ll find one with the right feel without the fear of being sued if you just take your time 
Simple rule for programmers: don’t use stuff you aren’t 100% sure you are allowed to use.
