Can i use Unity' tutorial car in my game?

i am just starting in unity and i want my first game to be a racer,so can i use unity’s car in my game and change colors/texture if i want?

Yes, you can use them UNLESS you sell them seperately (like car prefab in tutorial). Even for commercial. (Please note that if you earn more that $100,000 in a fiscal year you will have to get unity pro.)
