Can my laptop run Unity 5?

I’m thinking about getting a budget laptop and found one with these specs:

  • NVIDIA GeForce 920M 2GB
  • 4th Generation Intel Core i5 4210M (2.6GHz)
  • 8GB Memory 750GB HDD
    Do you think it can run Unity 5, if not can you please show me another laptop.

That GPU is rubbish. Ram and CPU are reasonable. If this is really cheap it will work fine with Unity 5. It won’t be optimal but I see no reason why it wouldn’t work.

That GPU is about 40-50% faster than the HD4000 in my development desktop. It’ll work great for 2D projects, barely for 3D. Getting an SSD will make life bearable.
