Can no build windows standalone version in Unity2018.2.0b3

I installed many versions of Unity in my PC, but still the same problem when I uninstall them all except 2018.

Playing in the editor was all right, but build the windows standalone failed, it seems that Unity still use an old version of Unity libraries to compile the script when building ?

Unity staff is most likely going to ask you to submit a bug-report, following the steps in this document:

EDIT: When you submitted the bug-report, you receive a confirmation email with a Case number. Unity staff normally asks us to post this number in the forum thread, so they can pick up the report faster.
