Can not get onto answers.unity3d.com

Have been trying to get onto answers.unity3d for atleast 3weeks to no avail.

Have tried on multiple browsers too, deleted cookies etc.

I just keep getting

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Very frustrating…

Any ideas?

Yes. Known issue. Contact support.

But be patient. I wait since four weeks now for a fix for a similar problem ( not exactly your redirect problem) , getting sent from one to another, and getting forgotten again and again. UDN is a mess, and Unity is definitely overwhelmed with it.

And again four days are gone without any reaction. Time for another mail …
