There are so many tutorials that cover this, it would be more appropriate for a beginner to start there than expecting somebody to become their tutor for free.
I recommend Gamer to Game Developer series which is on youtube. He’ll show you how to build a complete shooting game, step by step and if the clearest manner I’ve found anywhere.
