If you pay the $191 they ask for, you won’t get in any trouble using them in your game per their license terms.

TurboSquid lists several free zombies. Obviously, the quality is often less when you don’t pay.

Usually. When you find a free model you like click on “View License”. Sometimes you’ll credit the author in a certain way, either for legal or ethical reasons, but not always. The license states the terms.
can i use Google SketchUp 8 to make 3d models for unity like humans?
I’ve seen someone do it, so it’s possible, but it’s much easier to make organic forms in other tools like Blender.

If I recall correctly, you can do that directly from the Pro version, but doing it from the free version requires some not-so-fun work. I’m a programmer, not a modeler, so it’s rare I use either application.

Better off making it yourself, its not very hard to do and next time you need a model you wont need to ask somebody else since you know how to do it, free programs like blender will suffice, or if you want something more advance which can get the job done quicker then 3ds max/maya is your next bet (and it would be free to make since you get a 30 day free trial for any autodesk product)
