Can´t add any unity version in my 2.2.1 Hub

Hi!
I am using the 2.2.1 Hub and if I go to Installs, add, choose any version and try to install, a message from cmd pops up asking for administration rights. If I press Yes, Nothing happens , if I press no, the same thing. I´ve tried reinstalling Unity, every Editor version, with modules, without. Nothing works… I am using a version from the archive right now but the Installer in the Hub just doesnt work... I didnt get an error message either, just the add button turning grey, then blue again and nothing happend.

I`d love it if someone could help me…

same problem happened to me today , the hub dose not download any unity versions or add components for the existing version.i tried to reinstall the hub but nothing happen.

Some troubles :frowning:
For several days this situation

Similar problem. How soon it will be fixed who knows?

Same thing.

У у меня тоже))

Did the Unity team Post something about this problem? I mean, if I’m not the only one then Unity really has to do something about this… it’s a VERY critical Error if you can’t even use the Hub correctly…

Same problem here.
Using macOS Catalina Unity Hub 2.2.1 and can’t install Unity 2019.2.16f1.
UH download it but do not install it.

Been having this issue for months, it’s very frustrating having to try so many different steps just to update unity when unity hub doesn’t allow it so instead I’m sat missing the 5 latest updates. I really hope this gets sorted quick.

EDIT ADDED:
just found a way to download the latest version of unity I will show my steps, took me over 1 hour to find this working solution

  1. Uninstall all unity versions and all unity related things, then restart computer then delete all unity folders in c drive program files.

  2. Go to unity website archive here Download Archive

  3. Download Unity Installer and UnityEditor of needed version Mac or Windows Etc.

  4. Install unity editor. After install process you will not be able to add modules through Unity Hub (unless it’s somehow working for you) because the unity editor will need to be installed manually by Unity Hub → Installs → locate installed editor where ever you put editor install folder to be at the start of the install process.

  5. When you’re ready to add modules to editor open Unity Installer and select the module you want then it should now appear in the unity hub along with the latest unity version you shouldn’t need to tickbox editor just the modules to save yourself time.

Hope this helps you all as I know it will help me in the future when I need to update again

Has it been sorted out? If not, it would be really nice if the link to the website archive was posted more prominently (but thanks, [chrisrcisme]( Can´t add any unity version in my 2.2.1 Hub members/chrisrcisme.653341/), for your response, it was quite useful).
