It depends on how big/heavy your project files needs to be. If heavy then SP4 probably won’t be good choice (like n*GB in size and over 3k-4k resolutions, 8k is practically unavailable).
SP4 works well will reasonably light-medium 2d or 3d assets (for today standards). It can suffer CPU, heat & memory problems with big files when, for example, editing them in Photoshop. Working with any drawing software will never be as smooth as on PC here. But, some people find it very frustrating others do not and just enjoy that can draw on screen cool stuff.
(I’m talking i5 version of SP4 here)
When it comes to programming and general use of Unity - everything is fine. Just do not expect to run/make latest Doom on it.
