Can this happen in Mecanim >?

I have an fbx character without animation.

Then i uploaded it to mixamo and download it after adding 1 animation to it.

Now what i want is, i want to use this animation on another character, will this be possible using mecanim ??

Yes the new mecanim system allow you to use the same animations for multiple rigs at the condition that you set the avatar the right way in your models import settings.

I would like to achieve this and want to know is this possible with Mecanim ?

I have download Mixamo free character. I purchased an animation from mixamo and added to this guy.

I again purchased another animation, applied to same guy and downloaded it with fbx.

Now i have -

  1. char@walking_drunk_1
  2. char@jumping_drunk_1

Please note:- Now i have changed this guy to a fat guy and changed his face,clothes, i used the fbx without animation and not the 1 with animation.

Now i want to add these 2 animations on my fat guy using mecanim. Please point me to a tutorial which can help me achieving this.

Next is:- I have many bip,bvh files, How can i join them to my fat guy. Please point me to a solution for this too
