Sience yesterday i finally got my iphone4. I was only able to publish with the new ios 4 SDK! Those who don't have the unity iphone 1.7 package can publish without problems on the iphone 4.
Apple accepts now only 3.2 or 4.0 builds, we have no other choice. those who want to go in store need a minimum 3.2 build!
