Can we please allow users to change thread names again?

Back in the day a user used to be able to change their own thread name. Why has this been taken away and why must we rely on moderators that aren’t always on.

If this feature was aloud again it would make the work for moderators easier. I’m sure a name change to a thread is a waste of time.

I’ve had to wait over 2 days before which delayed the release of my new system. I’m currently waiting now for a thread name change and it’s been almost 2 days.

Whoever is in charge of making this happen can we please have this feature again?

It’s not this worst thing in the world, but for developers who go from [Coming Soon] to [RELEASE] or from this Version 1.5 to 1.6 it gets old having to wait days for a moderator.

If anyone agrees please say so.

I assume you haven’t been using the “report post” button, which is what you should be using. All moderators see the result of a “report post” request, so you won’t be waiting on any one person. Frequently a report has already been handled by the time I see it, and I’m on pretty much every day, so this means everything reported is always handled within hours at most, and often minutes.
