Can we use games from game dev kits free and clear?

We bought several games in the Unity Asset Store.

Can we use them free and clear.

As I understand it, we bought the code and can modify it however we want.

then market it as our own.

is that correct?

So reading through this(or fast skimming in the case of the legal document…

If I buy a kit and alter the original art in the kit and sell it back on Unity Asset Store…

That is all OK? Legal and all that sort of stuff?
