We have unity 4 Beta and exported our game to a webplayer platform but when we open it up the only webplayer version available to download is 3.5 and it wont work.
That is correct. You are using a non-final release of the editor. The only people in the world with the 4.0 web player are those who have installed the Unity 4.0 pre-release.
