Can you open an alredy built game in Unity again.

So I have this game that I made a long time ago in Unity. I do not have the assets folder left or anything. I only have the map GAME.exe and GAME_data folder. I wonder if there is anyway that I can open the game in unity again?

If this could work, then maybe we can download games off the internet made by Unity and open them in Unity and take peoples work/images and code… Good luck:)
