Can you up your own view count (on your user page) by viewing it yourself?

That's been bugging me for a while now. :)

Me to... I cant sleep at night. :)

Ugh... it's awful, isn't it? :P

No I don't think so, but you could try reloading this a bunch of times and see what happens.

It's weird. Sometimes it goes up, and sometimes it doesn't. So sometimes I think I might refresh right when somebody else view the page. Other times, when you refresh 5 times, for example, it adds to the viewcount 3, then stops adding. Maybe it's a coincidence, or maybe you do add to your viewcount, but then it catches you after a little bit... ?

I just reloaded my last question 4 times and my viewcount didn't rise once. However, I didn't do it by clicking refresh, maybe that up's your viewcount?

I doubt it.

I have been checking out my own profile many times (especially for looking up old answers and other info, but also because I am so damn good looking) and my view count should be much much higher if that would been the case.

Haha, nice. Well I might as well accept this one because 1) it's funny and 2) it seems about right. :P
