Can You Use an Asset that Only Support Newer Version?

There’s an asset we would like to buy, and is said it supports 2019.4.13 or higher version.
We are currently using version 2019.3.10.
Will it still works in our project or it depends?

It seems like I cannot contact the asset developer unless I purchase the asset so I decided to ask here. ;^^

It’s impossible for us to know, you will need to ask the developer. And you should definitely be able to contact them without purchasing the asset. The asset page should have a support link and some developers have links for contact on their own store (if you click the developer name)
