Cancel of WebGL build does not terminate wasm-ld.exe

I've noticed that canceling a WebGL build works consistently now (or has every time I've hit the button), so great improvement - but there's still one issue.

This process does not get terminated:
2022.2.0b13\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\WebGLSupport\BuildTools\Emscripten\llvm\wasm-ld.exe

Until terminating it yourself in Task Manager, continues consuming resources and subsequent builds will fail.

I am affected by this bug as well, even in 2022.2.0b14.

Raised this internally, and it does seem to be a bug. Please file a bug report for us. :)
