Hello, i have purchased Unity Pro subscription, but i am no longer using the program for development. I have personal issues going on that prevent me from continuing using the program, and currently have no time for development is their anyway to cancel the subscription?

How do I manage my subscription?
Each subscription customer has their own customer account page, called My Account. You can log onto your account page from the Online Store. Your account page lists all your perpetual licenses and subscription products. You can purchase additional products and update your credit card information, address or contact info.
If you do not want your subscription to transfer to the flexible plan at the end of the 12 month commitment period, then you can choose the opt-out/expire option from the My Account page.
