Cannot access Unity Answers while logged in

I’ve been attempting to access Unity Answers, but I can’t while I’m logged in. I get an error message that says: “An Internal error has occurred and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are doing our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.” This message doesn’t appear when I’m not logged in. But when I’m not logged in I can’t post questions.

Could I perhaps ask someone at Unity to take a look at my account?

Your account was suspended because it was not used for a very long time. We upgraded Forum and Answers around 3 years ago to use the Unity account that people use when using Unity editor. I’ve just made a tweak on your Answers account, and expect you’ll need to sign in with your Unity account. See if that works.
