My game is almost ready to publish so I decided to add unity ads to my game but my services tab is not working
It’s giving me an error ‘unity is unable to detect you internet connection’
But my internet is working fine even my asset store is working
I tried looking up editor log and Its showing that I get error while starting this site -
http://core.cloud.unity3d.com/api/users/me
I also checked my firewall and anti virus both allows unity internet connection
When I open my services tab it tells me I don’t have permission to perform this action, I have already signed in
I also tried deleting browser folder in my app data
I’m trying from many days to solve this problem but I’m unsuccessful in doing that I’m really getting frustrated due to this I want to publish this game before Feb 4 so pls if anyone over here knows how to solve this tell me.
Works from here, no problem opening Services window tab:
Have you tried simply restarting Unity?
Alternatively use Asset Store package, you just need to add one extra line to initialize Ads SDK then, see Unity developer integration guides for instructions on how to create project on our dashboard and initializing Ads SDK

Restarting unity? I have done it like 15 times I have also tried reinstalling unity and yeah It worked I downloaded asset package but how can I remove it from test mode? And my services are still not working I also want unity collaboration on one of my other projects.
And what do u mean by it works from here? @rasmus-unity
Also I had logged into my account through my old laptop and it was working on it so I think I have to make settings to make it working on my computer can u tell me what they are? As stated above I have allowed unity internet connection through firewall and anti virus.
Hi,
Just that I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue with Unity 2017.3. Which version are you using?
/Rasmus
@rasmus-unity I am using Unity 2017.3, and here are pictures of error im getting.

Asked internally in Unity what could cause this. You mention firewall, wonder if they could somehow cause this? Have you tried disabling firewall, to see if that causes it? (not saying you should permanently disable firewall, just to diagnose if it’s related)
Which platform are you on and which firewall/antivirus products are you using?
Yeah it’s working if I disable firewall. Can u tell me what should I enable in firewall?
Are you on Windows or Mac? And which firewall product are you using?
I’m on Windows and I’m using Windows firewall
Tried on Windows 10 here, with firewall enabled, still unable to reproduce. Following show my Windows Firewall rules:
How have you configured Windows Firewall?
