Cannot add anything to favorites

Hi there

The problem is that I can’t add anything to the Favorites at all.
It used to work before I have upgraded my unity to 4.3 and OSX to Mavericks. Now whenever I drag drop a folder on the Favorites tab, nothing happens. That also applies to every project I create. Here’s what I have:

My preferences:

Unity 4.3.4
OSX 10.9 Mavericks
iMac 2011

Anny solution for that?

I just tested it the same way and it also didn’t work for me.
It seems that only search results can be added. Search for something, the result can be added to favorites.
Not useful and not intuitive.

Haha! I’ve found the solution! :slight_smile:

If you add any search results to your favourites and THEN drag drop one of your folders to the Favorites - boom! It works!

Realy weird. Can you also drag files instead of folders into favorites?

Nope, files cannot be added (and I believe there is no need for that)

And yes, this is weird, frustrating bug which may cause a headache to everyone who managed to delete his initial favorites (all prefabs, materials and such).
