Cannot change publisher information

Hello,

I have a problem with publisher informations and I cannot ask about it on publishers forums because I’m not even sure about my publisher name right now - sorry if it is a wrong forum section, but I don’t see a better place to ask for help.

I’ve edited and saved my publisher informations (name, description, key images, etc.) at publisher.assetstore.unity3d.com. However, on the asset store I still see my old info: https://assetstore.unity.com/publishers/17361. What’s weird, the browser tab shows correct name “Raba Games - Asset Store” in the opposition to the name actually displayed on the site.

Sorry if I should not post my problem here. I would appreciate any help or pointing me to the right place for looking for help.

Yeah, I wrote to the support and they’ve done something to change it. I wasn’t able to do it on my own.

To be honest, I am not sure where to write to reach their support. I believe I’ve filled some form on some page because in my emails I see that they gave me the “customer services ticket” (they replied from support@unity3d.zendesk.com).
