Cannot Delete Organisation because of "Payout exists"

I want to delete a second organisation on my account that I created and set up erroneously. Hitting the “Delete Organisation” button gives me a pop up saying “payout exists, organization can not be removed”.

I cannot find a way to remove the payout profile, all buttons just lead me to update the forms.

I am also confused because Unity always routes me to this secondary account when I go to the publisher portal (where I want to set up a asset store pack).
