Cannot download Item purchased from Asset store and Unity not responding to my support request

I need some advice on how to engage Unity with a missing asset from my Asset store purchases.

I contacted them through the “Contact Us” page. But I have not had a response in over 3 weeks.

I understand that with the Xmas break, the response might be slow. But my initial contact was 12 days before Xmas.

Is there a better way to contact Unity so I get a response?

Hey,

I am not a part of the Asset store team but it is more likely that edy has taken the asset down due to him developing a newer version of the asset which you can see here.

You can still get your asset via a private git repo.

Thx for git link, I didn’t know about this. I can’t read the spanish, but hopefully this is the latest version Edy put up on the Asset store last Sep’14.

As per Angrypenguin’s post. Edy still has the original on the store, https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/403. My last download of the asset is the previous version, so I just want to get the latest.
