Cannot download my invoices

Hi, not sure this is the right place to ask for help but i got no answer from the official support.

I used to be able to download all my invoices in my billing history online, but for some reason now my history is empty.I don’t have another account and my subscription is still running, so i really don’t know why they disappeared.

Anyone having the same problem or an idea on how to fix this?

Hey, this Knowledge Base article explains how to download copies of your transactions through the website. If you purchased your license before June 2016, however, going through Support may be the only way. What’s your support case nr? I’ll ping them.
