Cannot download Unity 2020.1 Editor exe from website

This page (Download Archive) contains archive of released unity versions. I can download Unity Editor and Unity Download Assistant for all unity versions up to 2019.4.X. When I click on Unity 2020.1 dropdown, nothing shows up.
Is this intended? I hope it is a bug. Because I don’t want to download unity through UnityHub.

Try download each file from this link. By right click and choose " save link as "…

such as Component Installers Windows part ( For windows)
righ click Unity Editor (64-bit) and choose " save link as " etc.
