Hi, I published a game like 7 hours ago. I have this thing as well but I am not sure if it somehow affects my app’s availability in google play store search.
The thing is that I could have found my app only because I knew the package name. What should I do to be able to find it through search? Or should I just wait a little bit?
I know this is very late but others will have the same doubt, after published, you should wait a while until it appears in the search, however many other factors can influence, for example: your keywords in the description, title of the game, number of downloads, your ratings etc, sometimes your app doesn’t even appear in the search even months later due to the large volume of apps in the store.
The best thing to do is to use the keywords and get good ratings, so that it starts to appear at least at the end of the search.
