Cannot Open Unity For First Time (5.4.0f3)

I am currently trying to get Unity to work to try to start creating some games. I cannot get it to work what happens is that it opens the splash with the blue cubes with the unity logo but it stays there (I’ve tried sitting for an hour) until I close it via Task Manager.

Also, if I don’t close the "Evented I/O for V8 JavaScript process in task manager before I try to start it again, it will throw me an error if I attempt to start Unity that I will show in a screenshot below.

I am running Windows 10 64 Bit
8GB Ram
AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE

These are the things I’ve tried:

  • Installing 32bit / 64bit on two different drives. C:\ and E:\ As I have 2 internal HDD
  • Deleting the %AppData% Unity folder plus anything related to node.js (npm, node) after an Uninstall
  • Reinstalling both versions (64/32)
  • Opening both versions with and without (RightClick > Run As Admin)

If it is important, I did at one point have Node.js installed and later uninstalled it.

Screenshots Attached - I have removed other processes from the image to only show the two in question.

It has been days. No one can help? Is there another place that someone might be able to help?
