I get this message and the package manager does not work
I have tried to fix the problem at the top of the forum, but it is not resolved.
No proxies were used.
I’ve done several clean installs, but nothing seems to help.
I also tried to install Unity on a different PC, but I got the same packageManagerError.

My cat had chewed and ripped the LAN cable, causing the network to go haywire.
