Cannot rebuild project

I last build a project in 2017, it does not work when I download. I want to make a clean build but I get the message “This Organization does not have Unity Tean and is unable to create build targets or start new builds”.

How can I fix this? What has to be configured? I am the only manager, owner, user for this personal account.

Cloud Builds are now part of Unity Teams, you would need the ‘advanced’ package to get access to them. More info is available here: https://unity3d.com/get-teams
