I created a Publisher account but it is empty.
I have no assets and no revenue, but I cannot remove the organization because it says “payout exists”.
Please help me delete this Publisher account completely so I can create a new one.

Yeah, this can be really frustrating, especially when the account is basically empty. From what I’ve seen, once a payout profile is created, the system still treats it as active even without revenue. The best option is usually contacting support directly, as they’re the only ones who can fully remove or reset it. Hopefully they can sort it out quickly so you can start fresh.
