I am new here and i just create my first thread to seek for information and when i try to reply to a user it said your reply need to be see by a moderator?
Does this mean that every time i will try to reply to someone in my thread i will have to wait for reply to be approve?
How can i have a constructive interaction this way?
We are potential clients for 2 maybe 3 licenses and that how we are welcome?

It’s required to deal with spam. Most forums operate in a similar way. Anything with an external link is likely to trigger a moderated post for anyone with a very low post count. Since forums are not a real-time communication medium in the first place, a (probably short) delay for post approval will not cause any real issues.
