I was looking for a thread where I posted a comment to fix incorrect information, so I went to my Account > Activity page https://discussions.unity.com/u/[username]/activity but I can only see actual posts there, not comments. It would be nice to add a tab to show all comments a user posted.

I’ve so far bookmarked all threads I’ve added comments to, but it definitely isn’t a good way, one should be able to find comments like answers you’ve written, and one should also get notified (optionally) if someone else adds a comment after your comment.
