Cannot Sign-In into Vivox

Hey there, I am trying to connect with Vivox on a room but whenever I try to login, the game sends a request to the endpoint viv_signin.php but it just does not answer me (continues waiting until timeout), therefore the client yields the timeout error.

When checking the token, it results that it got used already by the server but we haven’t got any response.

I am sending such arguments: access_token, displayname, userid, user_app, send_sip_creds, user_puid.

I am on backend mt1s by the way.

• What version of Vivox are you using?
• What Engine Type are you using (Unity Engine, Unreal Engine, etc.)
• What version of the engine are you using?
• Can you provide logs from when this issue occurs? NOTE: Please omit any references to your issuer and key from the logs.
• How are you determining the call to viv_signin.php?
• How are you “checking the token”?
