Cannot start a conversation with a Forum Member?

Hey All,

Randomly on the forums, I find people I’d like to start a conversation with. So, I click on their avatar/image/pic and sometime I get the option to “Start a Conversation” and sometimes this option isn’t there.

Am I looking in the wrong area? How can I easily start a conversation with any forum member I like to? (If possible? )
