Cannot submit bug report (Connection timed out)

I’ve been trying to create a bug report since yesterday for this issue:

Crash log from the Google Play

Hi! Pushed my game into internal testing in Google Play store. After some time received Crash Report. This crash happens on: Google Pixel 2 (Arm) (virtual)1080x1920Android 13 (SDK 33)-arm64-v8aen_US Questions: What this crash actually means? Is it related to my code or to some 3rd party? How I can analyze it effectively? Can it happen because of virtual device? How to fix it? On my devices I can’t reproduce it. Thanks!

But always getting an Error popup saying “Connection timed out”, tried on 2021.1.28 but also on 2023.1.18, same results.
I was able to submit report in the past…
