On My Assets page I see a message saying “You currently have no assets.” and can not access my assets. I can’t access them via Package Manager window in the Editor either. It’s really frustrating not being able to access assets that I paid for.
I can still see the purchases on My Orders page under Order History.
You don’t access them via the Package Manager, you do so through the Asset Store window. Make sure you’re logged in with the same account the assets were purchased using. But if this is an actual problem, you’ll have to contact the asset store support team instead of the community forum.
I don’t know about you but I can & do access them via Package Manager (2019.3).

Am I logged in with the correct account? What’s next, you are going to ask if my PC is powered on? I specifically stated that I could see my purchases on Order History to indicate this is in fact the account that the purchases are made with.
I asked here to see if someone else had a similar issue as well & if they fixed it. If you don’t have any related knowledge don’t respond to people’s questions just to be condescending.
Like Caetleo said it turned out to be an issue on Unity servers, the assets are back.
