While following a tutorial I found that I couldn’t open the colour window you’d need to change the colour of something.
What I want is this window that appears when you select the colour tab

In the Inspector, under Image (Script), click the light gray rectangle to the right of Color. It’s under None (Sprite) and above None (Material).
the image you posted click on the color tab window will open.
just take a new image and try it
