cant access to asset store with package manager

im on linux an im trying to import a free asset from unity asset store but when i click on sign in and enter my password it goes back to package manager and nothing happens
is there any way tp fix this? or can i download the assets manually?

Hey there

Is there anything in the console on the editor? You’ll want to make sure that you’re logged into the same account for the Asset Store as you are for the editor.

Hey
There’s no error about asset store but there’s an error about refreshing packages which is related to my network connection and I need a vpn for that…
I can’t Login to unity hub as well
But apparently Its because I’m using pop os version 21.0.4 which is not supported by unity and I have to LTS version
I’m gonna install LTS version in a few days and see if that’s actually the problem

Did going to LTS resolve the issues for you?

Well
Now i don’t have problem with signing in it’s working
But I still can’t use my asset
In package manager after sign in it says there are no packages (i have some assets in my account)
And on the bottom it says error refreshing packages…

You’re 100%, for certain, logged into the editor with the same account that you made the asset purchases on?

Sometimes assets won’t appear if they don’t support the specific editor you are currently logged into - can you confirm for me the exact LTS editor version you’re on and a package that you can’t see?

Yes they’re the same account
I don’t have any other account

My lts version is 2020.3.18f1
And I have free packages:
Standard Assets
Terrain Tools Sample Asset Pack
Unity Particle Pack

The first two packages I am not so sure work with 2020.x

Could you try installing 2020.1.x and let me know if Unity Particle Pack appears?

I used a different vpn in another and it loaded up all 3 assets
The cause of the problem was weak internet connection, and and also in my case, i couldn’t access the unity website without vpn

Oh - yeah, VPNs will cause issues like that.

My solution for this problem was to log in in Unity Hub with the same account as in Asset Store. Restart your unity then.

Yeah, mine also got solved only when I had the Unity Hub opened (signed in) and then Restarted the Engine. I use to close the Hub to save memory. But I guess we need to always have it opened:\
