Can't activate personal license

My license expired, so Unity Hub ask me to update it. But I didn’t get a new license after I clicked the agree button. The window just closed, and nothing happen, no warning or error message.

And I found this in log: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.

I solved the problem by repairing my system file.
I followed the guidelines in this article “Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files” on Microsoft support site.
