cant activate unity pro

Hello,

i bought a unity pro to unity 2 pro update licene.
today i want activate unity after a fresh install of osx and get the message

“The serial number you entered is not valid. Please recheck the serial number and try again. To get a trial, contact support@unity3d.com.”

i copy and paste the serial out of the email.

I recently had this same issue. Make sure you do contact support to get it fixed.
