Can't add seats to UVCS organization (only Users, and it's buggy)

Hi!
In the DevOps dashboard, I have an organization, created in 2021, to manage version control in my project. Until now we were only 3, and everything worked.
But I recently added a 4th person in the team, and version control don’t work correctly for him (he has a error message saying “no such user” about his email, even if he is in the user list of my organization).

I supposed it’s because we are supposed to have only 3 free users for DevOps, and more are charged. But the thing is, I have 0 error or warning in the dashboard about him in the list of users.

To understand, I tried to create a new organization, and things got weirder. Because when the new organization is selected, in the left menu I have access to a “Seats” sub-menu which allows me to clearly distribute my 3 seats. Here :

But when I come back to my previous organization, this sub-menu doesn’t exist anymore, and instead I have a “Users” sub-menu :

And in this Users sub-menu, I can’t manage seats, just add people without limitation, but after that they have the version control bug I mentioned earlier.

It’s like my old organization can’t work correctly with the actual system. How can I fix this, to be able to just add a 4th member, pay for it, and make it work?

Hi, what is your email account? The legacy Plastic Cloud didn’t work with seats as the new DevOps Version Control subscriptions. You can invite as many users as you need and then at the end of the month, you will be charged based on the total users this month.

What is the email account you invited? Are they using Unity ID or plasticscm.com user/password for logging in?

My email account is , and the one I wanted to invite is . I think they are using Unity ID for logging in, but I will double check.
But from what I understand, the major issue is that I created my organization in 2021, and at this time it was probably the Plastic Cloud system, it’s why I can’t use seats. There is no way to convert it to the new DevOps Version Control system? I can re-create an organization with the new system, but then I’ll loose all history, it’s not ideal.

Doesn’t matter if you are using the legacy Plastic Cloud or the new DevOps Version Control system, you can invite new users.
I cannot find the aurlegg@gmail.com as a registered user. If you open a ticket at devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com, we can arrange a meeting to debug what could be the problem.
