Can't attach file to forum message

No matter what kind of file I try to attach, than “Upload files” pressed, an orange sign appears with hint

[IOErrorEvent type=“ioError” bubbles=false cancelable=false eventfase=2 text=Error #2038]

Can anyone tell, what’s the promlem?

I experienced this issue a while back, and after several attempts it seemed to resolve itself.

The problem was caused by Comodo firewall. It blocked the FlashPlayerPlugin from uploading files. Resolved by settting trustworthy for FlashPlayerPlugin. Thanks for your attention anyway.
