Can't attach VS 2017 to 2021.1 beta?

Hey, when I try to attach VS 2017 to 2021.1 beta, VS just shows me an empty window where I’m supposed to select the Unity version:

This works fine with Unity 2018.4 that I have installed as well. Do I need a different Visual Studio Tools for Unity? (If yes, why weren’t they installed together with 2021.1?) - Or do I need a newer version of VS? Or what else could be the reason?

Ok it does work properly with VS 2019
