i have tried undoing , i have lost a lot of progress but it still wants to update this,
I believe you may are experiencing the scenario described here:
If you undo the changes in your workspace (especially on this file) and then update, are you still experiencing the error?
Could you locally delete the file on disk, run an update (so it’s downloaded again in your current branch) and finally apply the changes?
