can't choose a created tag

Hi,

I have just created a Tag in the Tag manager, I used the User Layer 8, but I can't select it! What is happening? it is now the first tiem I create tags...

The UI is actually quite confusing. Layers and Tags are two different things. 'User Layer 8' is a custom Layer, whereas you want to create a new tag.

Above the 'Builtin Layer 0', there should be a 'Tags' label with a triangle to the left of it. Click that to expand it, and you can then change the size from 1 to 2. Enter in your custom tag name into the first slot, and it should appear in the drop-down 'tag selection' menu on any object in your scene.

Let me know if this isn't clear enough, and I'll see what I can do about getting a screenshot up here.

Hahahaha, you do what I do all the time! Nice to see I'm not the only one...

In the tag manager, click up top the black arrow, by the word Tags, and add it to the elements.
